Please take note of the following:
- You should be available for monthly meetings, at pre-arranged location, which take place on Friday evenings from 18:00 to 20:00. These meetings will shift to a weekly schedule as we approach fundraisers and our pride events.
- A commitment to being an active participant throughout the year, particularly in the weeks leading up to pride day, is essential. You will need to dedicate the necessary hours to your role to help ensure a successful event.
- All positions are voluntary.
- If you fail to attend two consecutive meetings, without valid notice, you will be dismissed from the committee.
